"We’ve just had a lovely 2 weeks at this villa - we were a group of 7 and it felt spacious with room to spare. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The information pack in the villa contained lots of helpful information and ideas for day trips etc. The villa was clean and well equipped - the pool table was a big hit!! "We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"
