"Fantstic house in the gorgeous Caporotono area close to Pisticci, 25 minutes from the beach. The accomodation exists of a main house (kitchen, living room, master bedroom) and two smaller units (both double bedrooms with their own entrance and private bathroom). "Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna."

"Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets."

"We stayed here out of season so there was hardly anything open in the area - only a few people staying on the complex. I can imagine it would be totally different in the middle of summer. Nice property but could do with better heating in the cooler months as it was freezing at night (we stayed early April) Lovely patio dining area, great second bedroom for the kids - they loved the bunk beds. Good size, good facilities in the property but nowhere to take rubbish and recycling when we were there....

Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes...

"Wunderschönes, kleines Höuschen, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und darüber hinaus Wasser, Kaffee, gekühltes Bier, Gewürze, Spül- und Waschmittel... Der Vermieter hat uns ein Restaurant empfohlen und dort sogar angerufen und uns angekündigt (wir bekamen sogar noch eine große Platte Pommes gratis). Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen."

Daraufhin folgte von uns die Antwort, dass bitte nichts verbucht werden soll, da kein Aufenthalt somit zu Stande kommt. Auf der Kreditkarte ist der Aufenthalt verbucht worden, obwohl dieser nicht stattfand! Wir können Fewo absolut nicht empfehlen, da die Kommunikation zwischen Inhaber und Vermittler nicht besteht! "Immobile veramente molto confortevole e funzionale. Lo spazio esterno molto ampio e rilassante. Piccole problematiche nella gestione dell'immobile, che si sono risolte al telefono con il proprietario che purtroppo non abbiamo conosciuto. La struttura di Marinagri è veramente molto bella, purtroppo poco sfruttata e con pochissimi servizi, occorre sempre andare a Policoro o altrove per spesa o altro. Il mare vicino a casa raggiungibile a piedi è molto simile ad altri posti raggiungibili in auto....
