The accomodation exists of a main house (kitchen, living room, master bedroom) and two smaller units (both double bedrooms with their own entrance and private bathroom). "Our host Pietro was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information. The accommodation was clean and provided lots of room for 5 ladies (thankful for 2 bathrooms). Location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town of Matera. Lots of privacy and parking available. If we ever get back to the enchanting city of Matera would definitely stay here again."

Not only had he stocked the refrigerator and cupboard with goodies, but he also arranged an emergency dental appointment for my husband, drove us there, and acted as our interpreter. During our stay and afterwards, he checked up on us to see how my husband was doing, and he told us not to worry about anything...

Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna."

"Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets."

"We stayed here out of season so there was hardly anything open in the area - only a few people staying on the complex. I can imagine it would be totally different in the middle of summer. Nice property but could do with better heating in the cooler months as it was freezing at night (we stayed early April) Lovely patio dining area, great second bedroom for the kids - they loved the bunk beds. Good size, good facilities in the property but nowhere to take rubbish and recycling when we were there....
