In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). 350 m long steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Magliano in Toscana 14 km, Talamone 34 km, Monte Argentario 40 km, Grosseto 30 km, Pitigliano 46 km. Hiking paths: Parco Nazionale della Maremma -Uccellina 40 km.
