The cozy and completely renovated country house is located near Scansano in the middle of the hills of the wine-growing area of ‘Morellino di Scansano’ and offers a wonderful view over the Maremma until the sea. It is part of a farm (sheeps, chickens, donkeys, horses ...) which also has a large organic vegetable and fruit garden from which the owner offers fresh fruit and vegetables to its guests almost daily.



A sandy access road leads almost to the front door and the private parking in front of the house. Guests have access to a large private garden in front of the entrance, ideal for sunbathing, playing, resting, eating outside ... The property is completely fenced and therefore well suited for a holiday with pets. In addition also children can let play and have fun without danger. Something very special is the private Jacuzzi next to the house from which you have a magnificent view over the valley up to the sea. At sunset with a glass of wine… there is nothing better.



Through the fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and dining area you enter into the house. Behind the kitchen are situated a living room with sofa (sofa bed), TV and oven, as well as the two bedrooms, both with double bed. Opposite the bedrooms you find two bathrooms with shower, one of which is equipped for disabled guests.



This nice cottage in the countryside is ideal for those who want a quiet and cozy accommodation in Tuscany / Maremma to rest and recover.

Moreover, the location is also the ideal starting point to visit the cultural cities and attractions of Tuscany or to explore the numerous beaches of the coast. A curiosity: the house is located on the ancient route 'Via Clodia' which at the time of the Romans connected Grosseto with Rome.
