"The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. What I loved most was the location. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The only downside was the lack of free parking. Finding a parking spot close to the hotel was quite challenging, which made it a bit inconvenient if you're traveling by car."

"Overall, the hotel and rooms are in good condition. The rooms are small and hot. I had to open the window and request a fan after insuring the radiator was off. The street noise was loud after the window was opened. The staff seemed reluctantly helpful with questions. I have stayed at this hotel once before. I knew the room would be small, but I mainly chose it for the location, which was excellent for my needs. It's also nice that there is a bus stop right outside. Is someone from the hotel is...

"The staff is very friendly and the room was clean. The only thing I don’t like is noisy. There’s washing machine noise all day and night, maybe just the floor we stayed. we couldn’t sleep well at night."

"This hotel is in an amazing location . The price however for what we experienced was less than par . Breakfast was disappointing. Crowed and when asked for a latte was told we had to pay more . When you spend over $500 Canadian tonight at a hotel, you expect better service.We moved hotels and the breakfast experience was superior for less money and i had a latte ! Do better !! "

"Location is nice, short walk to different bus stops . Close to Rainbow street and all shops and restaurants in downtown Reyjavick. The breakfast is a so-so but there are a lot of Cafes and bake shops nearby . We will be back in this hotel ."
