"The staff were all fantastic and breakfast was great. The listing states that it has laundry services, but then when I emailed asking for details I was informed that were no laundry services. Not a deal breaker, but it would be nice if this is reflected in the ad. "

"We arrived to find that our room only had a sink in it. Nowhere on the listing is it advertised that you must share a bathroom. Having a toddler with us, this made our stay difficult. There is one separate toilet, one shower and one bathroom that has a shower and a toilet between 5 rooms. We were really disappointed to have been mis-sold this accommodation. "We had a very nice stay here. It was very cozy and comfortable. If people are sensitive to noise, this might not be the best because it was close to a busy street. "We were two colleagues staying in the Linnea room. The room was just as you would expect from the photos, with heating (we stayed in late March and it was freezing outside).
