"In my opinion this property is mis-represented. I believe the description has been updated since we stayed maybe, but I can't verify. It is NOT close to anything and Taxis have a hard time finding it and they are expensive. If you have a car and want a country retreat, might be ok. The ad says "Private/Shared Bath"...what it didn't say is your private bath is on the 1st floor and room is on 2nd floor. We never saw any tennis courts or a cafe/restaurant. We didnt know how to adjust the heating or...

"This was a lovely place to stay. The view was stunning and looked like something out of a postcard. The host was welcoming, helpful, and very easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of our favorite things was waking up every morning to the sound of birds and taking in the peaceful surroundings. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and perfect for unwinding. The only thing to keep in mind is that the property is a bit far from major attractions, so having your own...

"We stayed here for 4 nights our first trip to Florence and had such a wonderful time. Our visit here could not have been better. The breakfast was delicious each morning, it was very nice to have the shuttle, they were helpful in calling you a taxi if you needed, and the property was just beautiful. Gorgeous scenery, the room was beautiful we had a view of the garden and I loved getting to open up the window in the morning. A wonderful place and I know we will be back in the future."

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"We had an awesome 2 night stay! Beautiful, quiet location. Rooms are gorgeous. The rooftop bar and pool were another plus! Highly recommend."

"Nettes Hotel. Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer etwas klein."

"Lovely stay in a beautiful building, right in the heart of Florence. Definitely felt more luxurious than a 3*. Stayed with our 2 children in the family room and there was plenty of space for all of us."

"I liked that the room was clean."
