"Room was fine. Desk clerk informed me they are preparing to work on plumbing."

"The 2nd TV in the 'Suite' portion of our room did not work at all. There were large stains all over the carpet in our rooms - and even worse - visible on the side of the mattresses as the sheets were not tucked in all the way. The final breaking point was NO COFFEE in the morning. The coffee machine in the communal breakfast area was broken. The old-school percolator that they borrowed from the Holiday Inn across the parking lot also did not work. We will never stay again."

"All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and very reasonable priced"

"If you tell customer breakfast is at 6:30 AM, that should happen! I paid for a breakfast that was not there- nothing, and no one was there! Only a 12 cup coffee maker for a hotel is an insult. You coffee sucks; your service sucks! You got mold growing above the shower! No phones in the room means no service if you have problems- or load guest at 2:39 am!"

"Friendly staff"

"TV didn’t work, critter in the wall scratching at 2am, breakfast was unappetizing, walls so thin sleep was difficult. Bed was comfy but there were no top sheets just a duvet. Climate control was good."

"Nice"

"Muy mal servicio mi reservación la tenía desde el domingo al salir el martes cuando llegó a hacer check-in estaba cerrado el domingo no había ningún teléfono para comunicarme con ello y tenían que estar enviarme un código el cual no lo resivi hasta el lunes Tuve que hacer otra reservación en otro hotel el lunes pasé por este hotel y tuve muy mala experiencia y pésima actitud y muy mal comportamiento de parte del personal no lo recomiendo ."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and breakfast was simple and good."

"We were surprised there was no microwave in the fridge in the room, the space was very tight for the bathroom, the bed was very, very soft, extra shelfs in the sink and shower areas"

"Unfortunately, the property is older and has not been kept up to date. The vent fan in the bathroom was missing the cover. And, the ceiling tiles had water stains which may be a sign as to the source of the water on the floor. The bath towel was the smallest and thinnest ever seen. And they only provided one. The cover on the air conditioner was falling off."

"As good as always! Incredibly fresh smelling rooms. The bath care items are great quality. Towels are fluffy and extremely clean. Hot breakfast items were only lukewarm and the waffle mix was watered down, so they were thin and entirely too crunchy, I really needed good coffee, but it looked weak, so I didn’t drink it. The cereal, toast and cold items seemed fine."
