The space was spotless, the close-out instructions were simple and easy to follow, and Crystal’s quick and friendly communication made everything stress-free from start to finish.The personal touches (waffle mix, games, puzzles, the coffee/tea station, and the super helpful welcome binder) truly made it feel like a home away from home. We left feeling refreshed and already can’t wait to return. Next time we’d love to bring our kids, and we’re even planning to send my parents here as an anniversary gift after they gifted us this stay. That’s how special this place is!The location is superb—it feels like a peaceful escape tucked away in nature, yet it’s still so convenient to hiking trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. "I picked this place on a whim for a last minute hiking getaway. It came down to this or a house. I am so glad we picked this place. We spent every morning out hiking and then we spent every afternoon at the rec center playing mini golf, ropes course, arcade games, playing checkers or Jenga, or in the pool. Most of the amenities were included and the few that had an extra cost were reasonable. My kids easily found other kids to play with at the pool. We ate at The Library on site (get reservations unlike us if you want to eat outside) which had great food. We ate breakfast and lunch in the unit sitting on the patio and it was so peaceful and quiet. I know other units had families too but we never heard them. My husband even bought a started log to use the fire place. Management company was very responsive when we had an issue with a bathroom and had maintenance out to fix it very quickly. I would highly recommend it especially for families."
