"We were incredibly appreciative that such a great rental was available to us a few weeks in advance to visit a friend in Charlotte. This rental was in a great location for getting into the city center, but was comfortably tucked away from all the hustle and bustle in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well-equipped for meals, and the game room on the lower level was a nice place to sit and relax at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again!"

The breaking of the bed which I sent you pictures of and it made it uncomfortable for my sister to sleep. The bedroom downstairs with the bathroom in it the comforter was dirty along with the hair all over the top of the cabinet above the toilet.
