"Amazing staff, nice property. Breakfast was just ok. It's a bit out of town which is nice for some- the walk isn't bad but parts without sidewalks make it less safe at night. Fitness facility is mediocre- very basic and no a/c until staff came in after 9am Also nowhere to grab coffee or food before 7am which is challenging for jet lag/ early risers Staff was very helpful and friendly!"

Grand Hotel Excelsior Amalfi

"Communication with the hotel was excellent. Always responded promptly. On arrival we were adviced to get the ferry from the Salerno station as an alternative to their private transfers. It was really easy to book and travel on the ferry, just ensure you have atleast 20 minutes between arriving to Salerno and the ferry departure timing. Staff at the hotel are very helpful. I want to especially give a shout out to Rebecca at reception, and Nicholas in the restaurant and also the shuttle drivers. We really loved the hotel but only had 2 nights there so did not use the swimming pool. It did look lovely but we never had time to swim. The breakfast had a good spread."

Majestic Palace Hotel

"Lovely property! However, there were just 2 (albeit important) items that were inconvenient. The first is the lack of on-site parking and/or valet. We had a car rental and had to park the car in a lot which the hotel claims is 5 min walk away. It’s more like 10-15 min and not an easy walk. Not something I prefer to do when checking into a hotel. The other inconvenient thing was the noisy doors! They made so much noise that they’d wake you up with a loud bang very early in the morning. They seem like the original doors to the building from years ago. They’re old and need updating. Beyond this, the hotel is very charming and super clean. Rooms are huge."

"We had a great stay at the Hotel Bellevue! It was very clean with spacious rooms. Our room had a beautiful terrace with an incredible view of the coast. Antonio and staff were very helpful and pleasant!"

"What a phenomenal stay. Lidia, Ylenia and Donatella went above and beyond to assist us with planning excursions and ensuring that every aspect of our experience was extraordinary. Our wine experience with Luigi in an 800 year old cave with the symbol marking of the Knight Templar was a bucket list experience as was our romantic dinner in a private table overlooking the beautiful valley and Villa Cimbrone. The expert wine list and warmth made our 40th anniversary celebration very memorable.The two gentlemen who served us breakfast daily were fun loving and charming. Pascal and his wife Madalena took time to get to know us and treated us like family. This is the type of experience that people dream of having in Italy. Grazie mille for your expert care and hospitality."
