"The staff is not polite. They do not consider any requests regarding property issues. They simply say yes. With no action. Finally, the situation will probably remain the same.

Bathrooms are not clean. Shower was not working and hot water was not available either.
Route to the resort is also terrible due to roadblocks.

"We loved our stay at the property. The staff and helpers were very professional, and always ensured the highest quality of service. They even went above and beyond with little gestures after we provided them with feedback, which was very nice.
Special mention to Harshita, Sarupa, Savan, David, and many others whose names I cannot remember.
