"Our trip wasn't perfect. We ended up with a broken hot water heater on day 1. However, the host worked to get it resolved. It was unfortunate that our trip was interrupted by not having hot water and then having a plumber visit, not once, but twice, but I can't blame the host for that. He was responsive and the issue was resolved as quickly as was reasonable."

"The place wasn’t very busy and the man at the desk was very friendly and in fact, walked me down to my room and unlocked it for me and showed me around and showed me how to use the air conditioner/heater, so that was excellent. The room was very small just about big enough to put the bed, but I was just looking for a place to sleep overnight and so that was fine. I couldn’t get the television to work but I didn’t take a lot of time trying to figure it out either. So it was a good place to stay...

I didn't use the kitchen, but the bedrooms were perfect and the bathroom was very nice.Teresa left free drink vouchers for the coffee shop below the home, which I thought was a kind gesture. If I need to go visit my family again I will definitely be rebooking this rental."
