"We rented this property after looking at several others for a combined bachelorette/bachelor party for our group of 11. This house was wonderful! There was more than enough room to accommodate our group. The area where it was located was very peaceful and beautiful. The outdoor deck/patio area and fire pit were our favorite from our stay! We would definitely recommend this house to others."

"Everything about the stay was great. The house was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and their was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The deck and backyard were very nice too. Dave, the property owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. It's a short walk to the water, and a short drive to the marina/main body lake. The property is also nice and private/quiet. Definitely a great time! "

"This was a great property that fit our needs. We loved the house and may have to return under better circumstances instead of a funeral. The host was gracious enough to allow us to have the 2 dogs of which we were very thankful for. Even though there was no air conditioning, there were plenty of fans throughput the house. That deck was also very pleasant to sit on with those great tall trees for shade"

"We loved everything. The layout is spacious for kids to run around but not underfoot. Very comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen /bathrooms fully stocked. One drawback, its a little dim. Tons of small lighting fixtures but need at least one overhead light somewhere in the main living area. We will be returning...multiple times. It's really a gem. ligu.....ihting fixtures but needs more light. "

"My best friend and I, for the last couple of year's get away for a long weekend twice a year. This was the best so far. The property is clean and the décor is so charming with a homie touch. We checked out many of the attractions of Bedford & surrounding areas. The lake at Shawnee National Park was very enjoyable.
