"We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived we couldn’t checkin with the automated system which was a hassle. When we got a hold of someone on the phone and finally got into our room, it was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen (stains and shaved hair absolutely covering the bathroom sink, dirty underwear on the floor, dirty dishes in the kitchen, etc).
