"Rental has potential. There is plenty of room for a large family with ample space. Very nice kitchen, appliances are new and all kitchen utensils, plates, cups, glasses are good quality. The towels throughout the house are great with plenty of them.However, the house was not clean, evidenced by socks getting dirty just walking on floors and dusty shelving. The house is damp and musty, possibly from the concrete in basement being wet. Other observations, bedroom doors do not close, a bathroom fan...
