"A long weekend away. Beautiful and very old building. Good history provived about it. We stayed in a superior room and it was huge. Breakfast was very good with good quality ingredients. Staff friendly and very helpful."

"Loved the character of inside the building. It is having redecoration done but didnt intrude with stay. The room was enough and had a lovely picturesque view. The room did get very warm during the night but we judt opened the window a little. Breakfast buffet was well organised and really good. The dining room setting was really nice."

"The cabin was a delight. Very comfortable, warm and cosy. Kitchen area was well appointed and there was a caddy of cleaning aids such as a tab for the dush washer. Bed was extremely comfortable, slept ever so well. The bathroom was well appointed, the shower cubicle nice and large so banging of elbows on walls! Again, spotlessly clean. This is a lovely bolthole. Great for solo or couples only. So peaceful sitting on patio with a glass of wine and watching the chickens and wild rabbits. I hope to return soon, this is a good location to visit other places in the area."

"Fantastic stoped 😀 to see the Kelpies and Falkirk wheel. We stayed for two nights. Staff excellent they make your experience 😁. Had my first facial, Our dog loved it. Only thing to let them down was there breakfast full English for the price it was very greesey my potato scones was limp with greesey."
