"Clean property and close access to the beaches. Good breakfast and friendly staff on site. What to expect - extra charges for A/C and parking. Parking on the street is very complicated as streets are very crowded and narrow. Google is not showing correct path and streets there are in general one-way roads."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, es wurde Kernsaniert, die Lage, der Ausblick sowie der Service und die Gastfreundschaftlichkeit ist bemerkenswert. Es ist sehr Sauber, das Frühstück ist Top und die Inhaberfamilie ist sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eines der besten Unterkünfte die ich je mit meiner Familie war."

"This is an unusual property full of artifacts in every corner. The room was like walking back in time. Every wall covered in art and antique mirrors with a white irin bed but very comfortable. Due to all the small valuable items I wouldn’t recommend going with toddlers! A pool was a bonus as it was height of summer"

"Albergo in ristrutturazione come anticipato dalla proprietaria. Nonostante ciò ci siamo trovati bene. Unico neo, che al nostro arrivo, l’albergo non aveva la prenotazione in quanto Expedia non l’aveva comunicata, comunque la proprietaria ha provveduto con molta professionalità a trovarci la sistemazione e per questo la ringraziamo."

"Our host was awesome! With the help of Google translation, we had great conversations. It was located in a more rural setting (a little ways from tourist attractions) which we enjoyed. The breakfast was very good, bed was comfortable, and the price was good. "

"The accommodations exceeded our expectations and Andrea was sure to answer all questions and provide additional information he felt appropriate, which was appreciated. His homemade pastry was delicious. Jena was excellent with breakfast services and always made sure we had everything required to have a wonderful stay."

"La casa è molto comoda con ampi spazi, dovrebbe essere solo manutenuta un po’ meglio e essere fornita di qualche accessorio in più , perché è davvero una casa carina in una posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dal mare, vicinissima alla zona pedonale ma appena fuori dal rumore del centro. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene."

"Tutto perfetto, pulizia ottima delle camere moderne e spaziose, personale gentilissimo e presente a qualsiasi ora, posizione ottima anche per il parcheggio (a pagamento) proprio lì accanto. Molto gradito l'omaggio "dolce risveglio" che comprende brioche e caffè o cappuccino...Consigliatissimo!"

"The hotel is dated and it could benefit from various updates. The carpets on the staircase are very dirty and the hotel does not have a hoover (I asked for one). The staff is nice but when you ask them for help they do not go above and beyond (on the day of the check out I asked for help ordering a taxi to which I was told it was a GP that day and it will be very difficult to get one [despite mentioning it to the hotel staff the day before] and the staff member phoned the taxi company after which I was told he was 7th in line and put the phone down and told me to phone them myself (panic attack at this point as I need to get to the airport in time for check in which I luckily have). This is a cheap hotel for a cheap stay in Rimini - dont expect any luxuries. "
