"Wonderful stay. Stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Property is beautiful, lots of animals (cats, turtles, sheep, bunnies, chickens) which was fun for my daughter. Beautiful breakfast with items the make/grow from the farm. Fresh cheeses, yougart, eggs, baked items. Also enjoyed a dinner at the property, also with delicious wine and olive oil made on site. "Masseria Minnuni is a delightful, authentic stay in an agricultural area close to Conversano and Polignano al Mare (for beaches and grottoes). "We had an amazing week at Masseria Salamina. The castle grounds were incredible and service was top notch. Food and wine at dinner was excellent. Plenty of room for our family with a great pool area to relax. We will definitely be visiting again. "
