"This property exceeded my expectations! The condo itself is cozy, well maintained, and very clean. We *thought* we had an issue with the toilet (false alarm) and Geralyn had someone there to take a look within 20 minutes. Everyone is so friendly and helpful-such a pleasure! The pool is well maintained, warm, and inviting! However-as mentioned in another’s review-you will catch a whiff of septic every now and again. It’s not from the pool or pool restrooms. "Impossible à trouver car aucune pancarte, nous avons dû appeler la gérante. Matelas, coussins,.. tachés! Deux tabourets pour trois personnes, une table minuscule sur la terrasse avec trois fauteuils dont un cassé. Le strict minimum dans la cuisine, un frigo rouillé Une voisine, propriétaire de la location d’a côté très désagréable! Cela nous a donné l’impression d’une location pas entretenue. A éviter !"

"This property is a gem. Pictures do not do the place justice. The location is great and felt safe, very walkable to many good restaurants and supermarkets. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Joshua the host was very responsive and helped us book a tour and allowed for an earlier check in! Would happily stay here again if we are back in town. For those travelling with younger kids, the apartment does get a lot of light, and they woke up at 6 every day."

"We spent a month in Costa Rica and ended our trip with one week in Manuel Antonio. The property was clean and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping. Our host Yosue was very welcoming and helpful in booking our activities, taxis and dinner reservations. My only negative is that the condo is located off a busy road, which I didn’t realize when booking. "We loved the villa we stayed in. The property manager was very quick to reply and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We saw lots of lizards, monkeys and even a sloth. We would definitely stay again in the future. Everyone was very friendly. "This was our first time in Costa Rica, and we heard that we definitely needed to visit the Manuel Antonio National Park. We were not disappointed at all with this place and our accommodations here helped us feel right in the middle of everything. Clark and Paula were excellent in their communication, and they booked several tours for us so that we could simply enjoy our time. Definitely book a guided park tour as it was the highlight of our time in Costa Rica!"

"I loved this place. The host was amazingly responsive and the apartment was BIG. Felt more like staying in a small villa. Plenty of towels, amazing pool (complete with monkeys!!!), quiet and very small complex, lush green surroundings, and right between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The bus also stops just at the end of the road (maybe 50 yards from the apartment at MOST) which is very convenient. Great for families! I will make this my go-to spot for Manuel Antonio. Highly recommend."

"This two bedroom unit is basically brand new. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked like a champ in both bedrooms and living area.This is minutes to the beach and very close to all the restaurants. The outside shower is a great touch for getting off the beach before going in. Great Value and I will stay there again."

"Our 3 night stay at Elan was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. Its location was perfectly situated for tranquility, privacy and peacefulness. "The place is isolated, and very dark,felt scared at night. It is not mentioned that it is only a few meters away from a main highway and trucks are constant 24/7 drowning out any of the peaceful sounds we were hoping for and making it difficult to sleep. The apartment was probably lovely once but it is tired and not maintained very well. I note that the building is for sale and that would account for this. We are in our 70s so unsuitable for us."
