Lincoln St Condo: Quiet Spot Near Night Life!

Incredible location! This condo is in a historic brick building nestled just off of downtown Savannah's premier shopping and night life strip. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, stocked kitchen, private laundry, a wet bar and nice dining table await you in this compact but spacious unit steps from every restaurant, museum and tourist landmark in the Historic District! First floor so not many stairs to navigate! Easy public street parking.

Two of the bedrooms have 2 Twin beds and they share a full bathroom off the hallway. The third bedroom has a King bed and an en suite bathroom. The small living/dining combination room has a bar area. The full kitchen is off the hallway.

Public street parking can be paid for via City of Savannah parking app (Sunday is free) and public City owned garages are also nearby for those who prefer a parking deck.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. This VRBO was great. The location is just perfect for walking everywhere in the city. This unit comes stocked with everything you will need; robes, coffee creamer, bathroom supplies, etc,,, It is in a very quiet area on the east side of Savannah. Would highly recommend this rental!

Super cute place. The extra amenities were a major plus. The kitchen was well stocked with fun snacks. The bathrooms had lots of towels and extra toiletries. Found parking nearby with no problem. Definitely get the parking app. Easy to walk to the riverfront with lots of restaurant options.

My group was 5 women traveling together. We thought the place was very nice, but would be better suited for a family with kids. We had no problem sleeping in single beds, but the layout was better suited for a family. We still had a great time!

Check in was easy, and allowed a bit early with our luggage saved us since one friend had motion issues from the flight. The unit was as expected for us 4 mature women who travel yearly together as lifelong friends. It is always appreciated when there is available coffee/tea, snacks upon arrival. Great walkable town with so many options. Easy communication with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, close to all shops and restaurants Enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably Two bathrooms, great for 5 of us Kitchen nice and updated Plenty of hot water TVs in living, and bedrooms. Cons: house is very choppy, small kitchen, small living area, dining table only had 4 chairs, hear people upstairs, could use deep cleaning, pillows need replaced, too much knick knack & stuff everywhere Overall fine for what we needed and good location

This property was amazing, we were a group of 5 women away for a girls' weekend birthday celebration so the beds setup was perfect (birthday girl got the king and everyone had their own bed). You can't beat the price for the location, it was so close to everything in the historic district. The location of the kitchen table to the actual kitchen would have maybe been a little annoying if you were staying for longer than a weekend and doing any cooking there (it's down the hall with a bedroom in between), but that's the only thing I could find to complain about with this property. I'd definitely consider coming back here in the future.
