About this space
Come to Savannah and stay right on Forsyth Park! Originally built in 1892, this home includes signature Victorian architectural details such as original hardwood floors, high ceilings and grand historic windows. We are located directly across the street from the beautiful Forsyth Park. The home provides modern amenities while keeping the historic character that is so loved by those visiting Savannah. This is the first floor unit in the home.

Pets require pre approval and an additional fee!
The space
This home is the perfect place for those looking to enjoy all of Savannah. Walk right out the front door and enjoy the beauty of Forsyth Park! Much of the original character has been preserved in the home such as original floors, windows, fireplaces (non operating) and trim work offering you the historic feel that Savannah is well known for!

The Space:
- Living Room features a full size pull out sofa bed that sleeps 2. There is also a smart TV where you can stream your favorite services.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook a full meal. We also feature a Keurig machine. We provide K cups, creamer, tea and sugar
- New Washer & Dryer
- 2 King Bedrooms - both at the front of the house facing Forsyth Park. One bedroom features a full en-suite bathroom.
- 1 Additional full bathroom with stand up shower

We also have a shared courtyard on the side of the home.

Please note: we do not have dedicated on site parking. There is free street parking in the areas around the home. Make sure to check posted street signs when parking for sweep zones and times to avoid getting any tickets!

You will have the entire unit to yourselves. This is the first floor unit, there is another separate unit above.

This is a first floor unit - there is another condo on the second floor above.

There is free on street parking - be sure to check the posted sweep times, they vary depending which side of the street you park. We do not have dedicated on site parking.
