Beautiful Island Home with hot tub

Our home is halfway between charming Historic Downtown Savannah and the fun beaches of Tybee Island, about 10 minutes either way. It is the perfect location if you are planning to visit SCAD, Savannah Film Festival, Savannah Music Festival, St. Patrick's Day, Rock n' Roll Marathon or any outstanding events that Savannah has to offer. Nearby you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants for your convenience. On our tranquil neighborhood island, you can ride your bike or go on a stroll safely and secure, away from major traffic interference. Across the street is Turner's Creek, and the sunsets in the neighborhood are fantastic! Upon booking you will be required to sign and return the rental agreement/ contract prior to door code being sent.
All spaces are available except the garage, and two storage rooms on first floor. There is a video camera outside in front of the garage door and one outside by the yellow gate, in the back yard, a video doorbell by the kitchen door, and there is a camera outside in the front by the bay window which are always on and always recording. NOTE: The hot tub will be closed for maintenance from May 12, 2025 through May 31, 2025 AND between August 17, 2025 through September 5, 2025.

Excellent stay once again

This was the second time we stayed at the property. It is close enough to Savannah to be convenient, and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.

Good location for all

Lovely home

The home was everything my family needed! Just missing a few small amenities- cooking oil/cooking spray and listed laundry detergent, small inconveniences. Overall, great experience and great location for both Savannah and Tybee Island!

Beautiful home with awesome hosts! The hot tub was great, the beds were comfortable, as was the entire home. A short drive to downtown Savannah and we enjoyed our stay very much. We could have used more towels, (at least two per person) but it was a minor inconvenience.

Quiet neighborhood

It’s a lovely home with a great backyard. Has a swimming pool and hot tube. It’s only 10 minutes from the beach. There is a small place in the backyard they rent out as well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood not far from town or the beaches. The house is set up very well it is homely to say the least. Great property manager very responsive and kind. Honestly couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Would definitely go back again.

Excellent and Responsive Hosts!

Our stay started just as Hurricane Helene hit Savannah. Thus, our needs were exceptional. And even though the hosts were also affected by the hurricane, they were always exceptionally quick to respond and made the absolute best of a difficult and unprecedented weather event. I would highly recommend renting with these hosts!

nice house in quiet neighborhood

We had a good stay here, The hosts were very responsive. when we checked in, it was just dumb luck that the smoke alarm battery went off, but they were over and had the issue fixed in a few minutes. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. I think the check-out instructions were some of the easiest we have ever had. I would consider staying again if / when we come back to Savannah.

Wonderful place and wonderful hosts

My family and I came to Savannah to check out Savannah College of Art and Design with my daughter. I chose this place for the location and price. The house is so beautiful and clean. It sits minutes from downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Communication with hosts was excellent. The directions they left were easy to follow for the home. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend.
