"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services.
My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms.

"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. "This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge.
Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset).

Pets cost extra, which they failed to mention on the booking page, other than that all looked exactly like on the pictures.
