"Our overall experience of the rural gite was excellent, very clean and well equipped, perfect clean and enclosed pool, quiet location and many places to explore in the surrounding area. Malika was lovely and even though our French is very limited she had her friend explain anything we were unsure of. "Very welcoming and friendly staff who spoke excellent English. Pretty remote and the nearest village was quiet and lacking amenities. Mondays are quiet days! We didn’t use the pool but it looked good. The crazy golf was ok but a bit tired and some holes were broken. The static caravan / pod was ok. Small and compact compared to uk static caravans. It was clean, but without air con, the bedroom windows had to be opened fully to let air in. Not great when you’ve got children to worry about. No storage. Very good shower. The decking area was rickety and weathered, and close to replacing. All in all, good value and a handy stop over before the coast."
