Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please make sure the garbage is in the bags, our trash people do not pick up lose garbage from trash cans. Please turn up ac to 73 in summer and heat down to 65 in winter.
Please leave the key back on the counter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Trash has to be put in plastic bags prior to being put in to the trash can outside. No lose trash in outside trash can. Clean up fee is 100.00
Please do not touch hot tub dial. It’s set on 104. Please do not put oils or other additives to hot tub and shower prior. Only manufactured logs
Do not remove blankets, pillows or towels, dishes etc.. from the property. No real logs in fireplace, manufactured logs only

First snowfall 2025

My husband and drove from Savannah, Ga. to experience the first Helen, Ga. Snowfall of 2025 and we were not disappointed! We loved the hot tub, fireplace and view. Easy booking, fantastic host! You will not regret this decision, so just book it now and relax.

The cabin was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was great. We loved that this was a large pet friendly location, as those are often hard to come by. The drive to town was quick and easy. We would stay here again.

Had an amazing time staying at the cabin with family (in town for a wedding). Such a cozy place. Location was more than ideal. Close enough to town, but out of the hustle and bustle of the Helen tourist scene for the start of Octoberfest. Would certainly stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin, so that my family and myself could enjoy such a memorable weekend :)
