The people who worked there were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and pleasant. They actually saved our trip, when the train people went on strike suddenly on the day we were supposed to leave. We were so grateful for their help and knowledge."

"Most friendly staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. From the time we checked in until we sadly checked out the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. Mathilda in the restaurant was so helpful with not only breakfast but also great suggestions on places to visit in Bordeaux.The hotel is located across the street from a mall and a Tram station. So easy to get anywhere in Bordeaux from this hotel. Would love to stay here again."

"Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Bordeaux centre. An ideal base for exploring the city on foot, close to many of the sights and endless cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. A special mention to the excellent reception staff who helped us book a *very* early taxi to the train station when our original train was cancelled. And even gave us a coffee to fuel us for the 4.30am start! We look forward to our next visit. "
