"For this price range the hotel was a great value. The room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows were confortable, we didn't use the pool but it looked inviting, laundry availability was awesome but they ran out of quarters needed to do one load so that was a bummer, there were welcome cookies and a good variety on the breakfast buffet."

"The staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was nice for the most part. My only complaint was the carpet in the room felt like there was residue on it. It left a film on our bare feet."

"For the money the stay is right but the outside is poorly maintained and you hear the street noise quite loudly, the windows are not good quality. The hot tub seems to be out of order all the time. Rooms are nice and relaxing and clean and close to the mall. I give it a 7 out of 10 rating."

"Family trip to visit relatives in the area. Had 2 preschoolers along so appreciated nearby neighborhood parks and the beautiful Lions Park close by on the Mississippi River. They really enjoyed the small splash pad there. The house met our needs very well with everything being clean and comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra bath linens etc. Emily always replied quickly to any question I had and check in and out was very simple. Would definitely use again."

"Wow!! This property, was absolutely amazing!! If you aren’t in love with Minnesota when you come, you will be by the time you leave. This property had everything we needed with 3 generations involved. Space, no one was on top of each-other. The 20 something’s had the game room, plus outdoor areas to hang out. The “grands” had room to do “grand things”! While mom and dad felt comfortable leaving both alone !! We were there for our daughter’s college graduation, this property was all that we needed!! Amazing management! Thanks a million! The Sutton’s"
