"This maisonette is situated in the middle of every decent attraction within a 5k radius. There is something to see in every direction. The host, Tremulu-Michel, is extremely helpful, friendly and unimposing. I travelled across the whole southwest coast of France and my stay there was by far the most stress free and interesting. Nous ne connaissions pas le coin et nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien guidĂ© par la personne de la conciergerie qui nous a fourni un petit guide et de bons conseils. Les locaux etaient trĂšs ouverts et pleins de bons conseils Ă©galement. Un sĂ©jour trop court, nous y retournerons. Seul tout petit bĂ©mol, le manque d'Ă©quipement dans l'appartement : poĂȘle sans manche, peu de couverts, pas de porte serviette dans la salle de douche et pas de table...

Excellent access via mud footpath to very slowly sloping beach on the lake, resulting in warm water (sailing school for youngsters there). Biscarosse town (20 min drive) and its crashing waves beach (further 5 min drive) has a restaurant on the N beach, the S beach is probably the town beach. Downside: found out that you need to use their (wonky! ) trolley to unload ref PMR ppl. No mop. Mattress not firm"

"Studio trĂšs bien placĂ©, mais trĂšs peu fonctionnel, ni sel ni poivre ni papier toilette , pas de draps pour le lit. Pas de liquide vaisselle , Ă©ponge qui date de 10 ans , pas d’huile d’olive ni beurre, 0 savon. CanapĂ© lit extrĂȘmement inconfortable.Tout ça n’est pas obligatoire mais c’est le minimum selon moi. De plus l’appartement n’était pas extrĂȘmement propre.C’est quand mĂȘme mieux de prĂ©venir qu’on doit rapporter une valise avec les essentiels.Pas trĂšs chaleureux."

It's the basement of a historic villa, so it's probably to be expected, but it's damp and smells like it mold and old basements. It gets better with the windows open, but if you are sensitive to smells, this might not be the place for you.""

"Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die KĂŒchenausstattung war super, vor allem der große KĂŒhlschrank mit EiswĂŒrfelfunktion. Einzig kleine Kaffeelöffel waren nicht vorhanden. Der schöne große Balkon war ideal zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken und Relaxen. Eine Klimaanlage fĂŒr die SchlafrĂ€ume wĂ€re noch eine schöne ErgĂ€nzung. Ansonsten super und sehr zu empfehlen!"

"The receptionist was very pleasant and we were able to securely park our motorbikes and leave protective clothing and bags at noon. We returned later to check in properly and everything went well. The room is comfortable, the bed huge and the roof terrasse stunning. Slight downsides were the quality of the toilet paper and tissues and exterior noises from 6am (we were on the ground floor) Pleasing things were the soft bedding, proper coffee machine, real water glasses and coffee cups and convenient location. "
