"We loved our stay! It was a perfect get away, being in the middle of the woods with zero noise and a beautiful mountain view. Yet, less than a 1.5 miles from the center of Woodstock, with lots of cozy restaurants and other attractions. The property itself was very clean and well equipped. There was also a pool. "Perfect couple vacation spot. Total privacy at the end of a dirt road. Great decorating touches of the very practical apartment and fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and cabinet with spices. Bed was very comfortable Two six foot glass doors (separated by a gorgeous stone gas fireplace between them) open up to a partially covered deck with a grill and a fire stove. and a view of a sloping lawn down to the lake. "We were in town for a funeral and needed a place for our family of five. The Rose Stay was perfect. Three bedrooms comfortably accommodated our three teenage children and us. Each room had its own AC unit to easily control temperature. The place was very clean and the kitchen was situated with modern appliances and new countertops. There was a nice back deck which led to a pergola in a grassy yard with fire pit. There was ample street parking in front of the property. The only thing we could...

"The house is secluded and peaceful with a huge deck for a cool breeze with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The house was spotless and well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Restaurants, grocery, and Katterskill Falls for hiking all within a 15-20 minute drive. Our host, Nick, was very attentive making sure everything was as we expected ( and it was). Would stay here again if the opportunity arises. I highly recommend this property for your vacation getaway."
