The Loft - Pet Friendly & Downtown!

This amazing condo is located downtown right in the heart of Saugatuck! Park your car and walk just about everywhere - shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the harbor. The Loft offers 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3 decks with views, a large fully stocked kitchen, dining area, work desk and area, large living room, and one off-street parking spot. (we offer secondary car parking off-site) We'll allow a pet with preapproval. Please note the use of stairs is required, as this is a second floor property. The early check in fee (prior to 4:00) is $50 payable directly to me prior to or upon arrival.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Saugatuck
We loved the convenience and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly spacious, with tasteful decor, and three balconies (two bathrooms, two bedrooms). The kitchen was well equipped with newer appliances and granite countertops. On the front balcony facing the street, we enjoyed sitting out in the morning and late afternoon. (Our only minor issue with the Loft would be that a sun shade or umbrella on the front balcony would have been much appreciated to avoid the midday sun. We will definitely look for your beautiful spot again. We have been coming to Saugatuck for more than forty years! This is by far our favorite little discovery. Thank you!

Location, Location, Location!
The Loft was wonderful! The place was very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. This place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. You cannot beat the location, you are right in the heart of Sagatauck and in walking distance to everything! We will definitely be back!

We were absolutely delighted with the accommodations and location. With two bedrooms, it was perfect for the four of us. And it was spacious enough indoors and out to have other members of our extended family over for conversation and meals. Everything indoors was clean and spotless. We had to dust off chairs and table on the main deck. Hopefully, the wasp/hornet nest at the peak of the gable won’t be there for the next occupants. We just ignored the insects and they ignored us. Problem with the ice dispenser because of big jam of ice cramping the thing that’s supposed to spin.

Primo location
This is beautiful unit in the heart of downtown. You can comfortably walk everywhere from this location. Both bedrooms have their own full bath & sitting balcony. The balcony out front is large with beautiful lake views. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because as a pet friendly unit you really can’t escape dog hair even after it’s been clean.

Great Location in the middle of Saugatuck's Social District
Great location close to everything. This 2nd floor loft condo has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Using the provided air mattress provided plenty of space for our group of 6 plus our dog. Walking distance to souvenir shops and restaurants (many options for both) and right upstairs from Charlie's Ice Cream. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading a book and listening to the sounds of the town below. Oval beach was a short drive (we went almost every day) and the nearest grocery store we found was in Douglas which was also just a short drive. Helpful property manager/owner who willingly answered the few questions we had.

The perfect Gem in Saugatuck!
The loft is exactly as described and even better in person! The perfect location to walk all around downtown Saugatuck and only a short drive to Holland! Clean, quiet, the beds were amazing! We love the patio overlooking downtown and spent much of our time out there when we weren’t exploring. We hope to make this an annual trip and would love to make this our go to spot!

Lovely Stay
Saugatuck and it's surrounding area are just so charming and beautiful. If you are a foodie, you will love all the exceptional restaurant options. We e-biked from Saugatuck to Holland and it was a blast. And the apartment was great! Overall, it's very roomy - bigger than I imagined - and nicely designed. The balconies were a treat. Plus, there is quite a lot of natural light streaming in. Our weather was fantastic. We had a memorable time. I highly recommend.

Excellent Location in Downtown Saugatuck
This is a very nice, very spacious condo in the heart of downtown Saugatuck. With off-street parking, 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms, 3 large balconies and a location that is central to everything, this is an excellent choice for a getaway to the Saugatuck area. The host was very helpful and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in perfect location
My whole group really enjoyed this space. It's in a wonderful location steps from everything you need, from restaurants to shops. Both bedrooms had king beds which were very comfortable, private bathrooms and a private balconies. The only area that I would suggest improvement on was the check in process. It would be nice if parking and check in process were listed in the app on your trip similar to other vacation rental apps, or sent via email the day before or at a minimum the morning of your stay. When I booked this trip I originally inquired about early check in or access to a parking spot as we anticipated arriving a few hours early. The host did allow access to the parking space but stated that each hour prior to 4pm for early check in, there would be an additional $10 fee. Although we ended up not arriving early and well after 4pm, this was off putting. I can understand that an early check in is not always possible especially during the summer months or a busy season but in this situation it felt the host was nickle and diming us when we spent over $2,100 for a short stay in a slow season. Nonetheless it is a lovely condo in a beautiful location and those minor inconveniences would not prevent me from staying here again.

Peaceful space in the heart of everything
My husband, daughter and our dogs had our first Michigan getaway and were thrilled with our Loft stay. Well kept, clean and spacious for us to feel at home. We made a few excursions where we drove to other towns: but otherwise we parked the car and found coffee, breakfast, dinner and drinks within walking distance. We enjoyed the people and neighborhoods around Saugatuk. We will recommend this place to friends.

The amenities and decor of the loft are very modern and I felt pampered. It is an amazing location that is walking distance to all shopping/dining in town. We never moved our car! The porches are also wonderful to use. Would stay again!! Area for improvement: The host needs to release all check in details and parking specifics at time of booking. Took a few days to get an initial response.

Great location in downtown
The updated loft is in a great location with ample space and a large roof deck. There was a little confusion regarding check in, as we did not receive any information ahead of time, though after contacting VRBO/property owner, this was all settled. Would recommend!!
