"The historic propery was beautiful and located across from te beach. Our gulf view was spacious. The only complaint is that ther are no drawers. We ate breakfast on Saturday at Coŕa's Restaurant. There was confusion about the breakfast versus brunch menu. My premium coffee, a cappucino, was served in paper take out cup. When I mentioned this to the waiter he said that is how the bartender made it. The omlet over cooked. I had to ask for jam for my biscuit and none wa provided for the rest of the table and two packets given to me. Th restaurant service and food quality were very disappointing."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the all around experience my sister and I had. We didn't want to spend so much on a room when we weren't going to be in it much. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the toilet and they sent maintenance over and had it working in a few minutes. We will stay there again in the future. The staff were very friendly. Thank You....see you again!"

"Check in using kiosk was easy, staff friendly, room was clean. There is still an issue with the functionality of the elevator bank for the higher floors 16-32….they take forever, so make sure you stay on lower floors 2-15. The concert venue staff were very helpful. The value for the stay is where it’s at….very economical for a casino."

"I loved the security of the hotel. Room keys and ID were required to enter the elevators that go up to the rooms. The staff members that checked the ID were very nice and answered questions. The room itself was very nice and clean. It was easy access to the parking garage, shops, and casino. I was really impressed and plan to stay there again."
