"My main disappointment is that they advertise a pool but you have to pay to access it... Nice room but the phone in the room didn't work and I had to go down to the reception to ask my questions. They didn't replace the phone when informed (I was there for 1 night)"

The staff are friendly, accommodating, and are always willing to assist with any request. 10/10 would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing retreat. The hotel is in a great area with many local shops nearby. In addition, the restaurant has delicious food that is very fresh. Clean room and common spaces. I will definitely come stay again!"

"Staff - incredibly helpful - no request was too much trouble. Breakfast - up there with the best we have had for choice and quality in any hotel we have stayed in. Room - small but very adequate, bed very comfortable, room cleaned daily, bathroom and shower, very adequate. Exactly as we would expect for the low cost paid per night. Location - the airport bus dropped us off literaly a minute from the front door. it was close enough to the town for us to be able to walk on a nice day (around and hour) 10/10."

"The “free shuttle” from the airport never showed up at the airport. We waited 1 hour and saw 3 different vans from other hotels come by but not one from Aiden. None would take us to Aiden. We had to take a taxi which cost us 400sek ($60 CAN) to drive 8min. NOT HAPPY. Staff had no excuse other than ask if we booked the shuttle online? I said I sent a message to the hotel confirming our arrival time and needing a shuttle at the specified time. Apparently it needed to be booked “online”. Honestly, who are these people? Do they not respond to messages? They’re quick to take our money for the booking and then send us messages but we can’t send messages back? I would not recommend this hotel. If you need to stay close to the airport your best bet is Comfort Hotel which is at Termimal 4 at Arlanda."
