"There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. "Very nice apartment, everything worked very well including cable and internet, good value considering it was a one bedroom with one full bath plus a powder room. Large swimming pool, water seemed clean, not crowded but needed more reclining deck chairs instead of straight-back chairs, chairs were uncomfortably hard and needed cleaning. Downside was that the constant traffic noise from Pratamnak Road hill was absolutely horrendous, even by Pattaya standards. Awakened multiple times thru the...

"Awesome accommodations! This was the perfect location for my trip to Pattaya. The condo was close enough to gain access to the beach, restaurants, and many activities in and around Pattaya. Our host was superb, if I had a question, she was able to respond almost immediately. Ayo, the property manager, was exceptional. She took great care of me while staying here. When I return to Pattaya, this will be my first choice. There are no complaints from me, only accolades!"

"I loved the spaces in this room. Only problem was the mold in the room. Which got worse as the days went by. Is a long way from a Baht Bus too. Not easy unless you have a motorbike or car. I only walked and it was far to get transportation to Jomtien or Pattaya. Bolt will run you a lot in 4 weeks. I walked to the Baht Bus each day. "

"This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay."

"The room and location were absolutely fine but it took almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. I have already paid for the room, it is not my responsibility to pay for the room to be cleaned when I check out. Also when I arrive, room not have WiFi, they come to fix the next day but this should have been all sorted when I arrived. Overall it’s a good place to stay...
