"Dunn's Creek Retreat is a very nice place right on the creek between the St. John's River and Crescent Lake. Excellent for fishing and boating enthusiasts. We found a shallow sand bar near Dunn's Creek State Park, just right for swimming with our 11 & 8 year old grand kids. The home is well furnished with plenty of kitchen equipment, cookware, dinnerware and such. The washer and dryer were convenient for keeping up with our laundry, boat towels and household items. We enjoyed having our coffee on the screened-in porch every morning and supper there in the afternoons after the storms cooled down the heat. (our stay was during the end of June)Frank is an excellent host, very easy to communicate with, responding quickly to all of our questions and needs. I highly recommend this spot for anyone that loves staying on the waterfront for boating, fishing and enjoying the wildlife scenery ! !"
