Generous house: 8 beds sleeps up to 16 comfortably. Large kitchen & 2nd floor kitchenette. Heated Pool with night light for evening swim. Relaxing pool lanai with ceiling fans, picnic table, sofa & coffee table, and comfortable lounge chairs. Ocean views -- you just walk across the street to the beach.

Big comfortable living room with 70" TV and a view of the heated pool. High speed WiFi. Most bedrooms have TVs with Netflix, Hulu, and other channels. There is a kitchenette on the second floor with full-sized fridge, range-oven, and dishwasher -- allowing for big extended families to spread out and have different family groups preparing meals for their kids, (upstairs, downstairs, etc.). Relax and lounge by the heated pool in a screened pool house: no leaves, no mosquitoes. Enjoy the picnic table in lanai by the pool where the kids can have lunch in the fresh air, or you can catch up on those emails on the super-fast WiFi.

Take a break to rest and recharge by sitting out on the second floor balcony and feel the gentle ocean breezes as you gaze at the ocean in the near distance. If you are a morning person, you can watch the sun rise over the ocean from this balcony, or the second floor: dining area, master bedroom, and kitchenette. There is a back patio on the second floor with a table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor meal or drink. in the evening you can take in colorful sunsets that cast beautiful colors in the sky. And it is peaceful and beautiful at night - watching the stars and feeling the ocean breeze and hearing the leaves rustle as you sit near the top of the grand palm tree nearby.

Fun week in Satellite Beach

This property worked out very well for our extended family visit of 10 adults and 6 kids. The pool was a hit, as was the close proximity of the beach. There were enough bedrooms for every family to have their own, and the washer and dryer was also much appreciated.

Property was great. Kids loved the pool and the closeness to the Beach. Owner was very cooperative and answered all our questions leading up to the visit. Would definitely plan another visit to the house.

Perfect

We had a great experience with this property for an impromptu trip to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and responsive and the location was so convenient. The beach was so beautiful. The Mexican restaurant right across the street was delicious and the ice cream shop down the road perfect as well. We had a great experience.

The Sandcastle Resort

Our stay at the Sandcastle was amazing. It had everything we needed for our large group ranging in age from 1 1/2 yrs to 88 yes. A wonderful relaxing atmosphere and location location location! The Mexican restaurant across the street is fabulous and the ice cream shop a hit with the kids! All in all a perfect spot for a family getaway at the beach! We would definitely come again! Also a plus that you can rent the top or bottom separately for smaller groups.

Great family house!

We had an extended family group of 7 for Christmas. There was plenty of space with the upstairs being nicely separated. Very comfortable with everything you need. Great location. The host told us everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend!

The pool was perfect for our grandchildren. They spent alot of time in it. The landscape and grounds were immaculately kept. The kitchen extremely well furnished. The proximity to the beach was perfect.The owner, Richard, was easy to deal with and answered questions prior to our arrival promptly. We all had a great time.

Very good summer

Great location with all the amenities, walking distance to the beach, enough room for my group, cover patio with and screened pool. There was also a volleyball court by Pelican Park that we have a lot of fun at. Richard was a great communicator and helped answer all the questions along the way.

Family vacation

We had a great time during our stay in Satellite Beach. The house had plenty of room for our whole family. The pool was great and we spent many hours playing in it. The beach is a short walk away. Unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the beach due to the amount of seaweed. So, we were even more thankful to have a pool. We would definitely stay here again, and are planning to next year.

Outstanding Location

Great experience overall. Fit our party of 6 very well. Loved the pool. Close to beach access and good restaurants. A little mixup with cleaning crew not making upstairs master bed but not a big deal. Great communication with Property manager during our stay. I would rent again.

Great house for large family.

Great house for large family. Family and dining area open and spacious. Close to the beach, great pool and pool area. Close to Cocoa beach, and all your basic needs are within a few minutes, (publix, ABC liquors, CVS, Walmart, Ice Cream Shop, etc.) Lots of local places to eat. House manager was very engaged, checking in several times throughout the week. We had an awesome week of family bonding! You wont be disappointed.

Great experience

The property was very nice, and right across the street from a great beach. If you're lugging a bunch of beach gear, there are a couple of very close parking areas with ramp access to the beach. Great restaurants nearby, and if you like Mexican food there's a restaurant that you'll be surprised how quickly you can get there. If I go back to Satellite Beach, I would 100% go back to this house. Thanks Richard for everything.

Amazing house for my large family

This house was perfect for my family's needs. We had our family reunion here and we all (16 of us) had plenty of space to not feel cramped. We couldn't have asked for a better. The pool was a huge hit especially among the kids and only being a block from the beach was so nice. The owner of the property was very timely in all his communication and super accommodating. My whole family said this was such a great find and that they would all come back if we decided to vacation in Florida again for our reunions.

Family Vaction

My husband and I took our kids, their spouses, and all our grandkids for a family vaction.12 in all. This house worked out perfectly, plenty of room, loved the pool, excellent access to the beach, the beach was not overly busy quit friendly neighborhood. The acess to the washer and dryer on site awesome. The property manager was the best we ever worked with,always helpful, quick response. We all had a great time . Return visit was GREAT!

My family liked this property so much at the beginning of our trip to Florida that we did some reshuffling of our itinerary so that we could return and end our vacation on a high note. The effort was worth it as we were able to see dolphins frolicking in the surf when we walked across the street to see the amazing sunrise (the Florida sunrise over the ocean is an absolute MUST-SEE). We have reached out to our best friends and hope to arrange another visit to this property with them this upcoming summer. I think it will be perfect for both of our families and will comfortably accommodate all 16 of us. Looking forward to it!

A Plus

We rented this house for the month of March for a multigenerational family. Everything was as the pictures showed and was very clean when we arrived. Richard was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. There were new linens and plenty of towels and beach towels. Having the washer and dryer was very helpful. The kitchen table was huge; we could all sit down together for meals. Because we were a large group, having the second kitchen upstairs was a bonus. Very close to the beach and we loved the little Mexican restaurant across the street. We had a lovely time. Thank you Richard.

Charming big house by the beach

My wife and I planned a sea-side get-away for some family and friends. It worked out really well for our group of 15. This house was extremely accommodating. The house is a very short walk across the road to the ocean. There is a heated pool in a screened-in pool house. A picnic table, couch and plenty of pool furniture made the pool the center of activity. Inside, the house is a bit older, but it is kept exceptionally clean and is furnished really comfortably with nice furniture and comfortable couch in the living room with a large TV three and a TV in almost every other room. The host is very nice and communicative and helpful, giving us local tips on places to eat.

40th Birthday trip

We had 11 of us stay at the house and it never felt like there were 11 of us. The house was a great set up and awesome location! We had ages from 70 years old to 5 years old. Everyone had someone to do. The Property owner was incredibly responsive. If we had any questions, we would message through the app and within seconds we had a response. It was THE best vacation!! We went to Universal and Kennedy Space Center during the trip. We are all talking about doing the trip again and hopefully this location will be available again because it was perfect. Definitely felt like home away from home. Thank you Richard for providing such a wonderful place for my family to enjoy sometime together.!

Great for a large Group

This was perfect for a large family beach vacation, with 6 adults and 5 children, ages 3 to 12. The house was clean, well provisioned, with plenty of storage and the furniture was comfortable and very kid friendly! The huge dining table easily accommodated all of us which I loved. All appliances worked as they should and we had no issues with anything during our week stay. The beach access is great and the beach itself was not at all crowded. Crossing A1A to reach the beach poised no problem, but if you are afraid to cross without a light, it is a short walk (guesstimate = about 2 blocks)to a proper pedestrian crossing. We thoroughly enjoyed the large pool after each day at the beach. And, we were able to view 2 rocket launches clearly from the beach which thrilled my grandkids. I highly recommend this property for a wonderful beach vacation

Fabulous location! Responsive host

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday! Twelve family members easily accommodated with the perfect living room and dining area for a large gathering. The heated pool was a great area for a family hang out at after a busy day. The location is close to the beach with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Definitely recommend this home. Our only concern was with cleanliness . While bathrooms and the kitchen were cleaned well, some other areas needed closer attention. The bedding was questionable so we washed prior to use. Concerns about the ability to keep the house clean during the stay ( a week long with two crawling infants) with just a broom and dustpan was quickly addressed by the host. My family had a wonderful week and really enjoyed our stay at this property
