NOTICE: Please be advised that a construction repair project, including concrete work on the center of the building along the east edge of the roof and the underside of balconies, as well as exterior painting, is scheduled to take place from late October through late November. At this time, amenities and beach access are not expected to be affected. The schedule is still being finalized and we will provide updates as more details become available.

With walls of windows and two oversized balconies, you'll enjoy panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. Whether you're lounging in the living area, cooking in the renovated open-concept kitchen, or waking up in a master suite, the ocean is always in sight.

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

This is a great place to stay. Had my family of 6 stay for the week and it was amazing!! Water was warm, lots of seashells. The penthouse was clean and the hot tub and pool were relaxing to use at the end of our beach days. Highly recommend!

The sunrise views from our two balconies were superb! Great shelling! Clean, warm pool and hot tub! So close to Publix. Very peaceful, not crowded beach.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at the Paradise Beach Club in this beautiful corner unit condo. Easily accommodated our five person family (four adults and one 10 month old). Sunrise views are spectacular. Condo was clean and appointed for whatever you needed.

Great Location

Couldn’t ask for more at this condo. Quick response to any needs! The location and condo itself are pretty tough to beat. Two balconies overlooking the water was awesome. Condo itself was very spacious. The hot tub was also a great benefit to this rental. We would love to stay again as our trip was cut a little short due to a family emergency. Thank you for the hospitality!

We are returning!!!

We loved our stay and are planning our return trip next year to celebrate our 43rd Anniversary! Taylor, our property manager, was quickly available to answer any and all of our questions and checked in on us by email several times! We had no problems, but if we had, she would have been all over it! The location of this property is absolutely wonderful - close to the Melbourne airport and Publix, other stores, a movie theater, and various restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is sooo beautiful! Thank you for sharing this gem with us!!

Amazing View

Paradise Beach Club met every expectation we had! We wanted to be just steps from the beach and we were!! The view from our balcony was amazing! It was only a 45 minute drive from Universal Studios where we spent a couple of days. The rest of our days were spent on the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to be comfortable. Having the Publix grocery store right across the street was super handy. We will most definitely be returning to Paradise Beach Club in the near future!

WE WILL BE BACK! The place was beautiful and very clean. You will enjoy the ocean views and the sound of crashing waves; You cannot get any closer to the ocean! The pool was like bath water. The customer service was through the roof amazing. I emailed questions the day of check-in and I received a phone call within minutes to help. Once we were in the condo, I emailed about a missing TV Remote and there was a service man at my door almost instantaneously. It was like I wiggled my nose and they were here to help. BOOK THIS PLACE! LOVED IT!

Loved our stay

The condo was exactly as advertised. Its views cannot be beat. Taylor (property manager) was proactive without being intrusive and our rental experience was ideal. We had no issues but I feel had there been any they would have been addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. It's clean, comfy and in a location that cannot be beat. We hope to return next year!

Incredible view and access to beach

Perfect Location

The location is perfect! Just steps away from the beach, Publix and Planet Fitness across the street, and an amazing view from almost every room. We lucked out with gorgeous weather and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked, so you’re able to cook every meal if you like. There were plenty of linens and towels for everyone to use and the washer and dryer is so incredibly handy, especially being on the beach. We were thankful for the boogie boards and umbrella and made use of the jacuzzi every evening. The only feedback we have is that the condo could really use a good deep clean. At first glance everything appears clean, but you notice things as you use the condo. The biggest thing being it just smells musty. A good deep clean should help significantly. This rental is definitely on our list for return visits!

Complex is very well maintained. Process was easy and communication was good. Condo was great size with ocean views from almost every room. With the short distance of condo to water, you feel like you are floating above the ocean.

great getaway for a sunny/beach winter vacation

Loved the view and location....can't be beat. It was perfect for 2 couples. Very quiet and the views. Enjoyed the hot tub and short walk to beach (at your footsteps). Parts of condo were a little dated and having one bathroom separate from one bedroom was a little inconvenience but we knew that. Kitchen and big table was nice, as were the balconies....bedrooms nice as well. Everything was as stated in the listing and we would rent this out again. Enjoyed the rocket launch and viewing the 3 cruise ships docked nearby. As others have stated, it is like being on a cruise ship for the constant ocean views everything in the place.
