Apartment 2:
1-room apartment is about 23 square meters and has a separate and not in the room integrated balcony with sea view and is for max. 2 persons and a toddler up to 2 years suitable. The apartment has a balcony facing south (across the hall, up some stairs) equipped, from which you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The balcony overlooking the sea is located in. 1 Floor, just steps away from the hallway It consists of a living-sleeping area with seating area and flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Welcome to the seaport Sassitz - the gateway to the National Park Jasmund with the famous chalk cliffs.   In 1875 the villa was built in a former fishing village (today Sassnitz). Even then, holidaymakers were greeted at this villa which enjoyed the beautiful location and the view of the sea. The house was purchased in 2000 by the present owner and extensively modernized and lovingly furnished. The villa is located in the historic town of Sassnitz, close to the Jasmund National Park, on the Baltic Sea. From here you can splendid walks through the Stubnitz company (the forest area in Yellowstone National Park) on the high banks or along the cliffs.   In the villa there are 6 brightly furnished apartments from 23 m² to 60 m². All apartments have been refurbished for the 2011 season and refurbished. Each apartment has a private balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea over the rooftops of the old time. In just a few minutes you are on the promenade of Sassnitz. It is next to the sailing and fishing harbor, the Sassnitzer Mole and the city center is not far. The Sassnitz Old Town is known for its gastronomy: Brasserie, pubs, cocktail bar, cafes and restaurants tightly strung together.   Of course, your car is free on our private house plot.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Situated in the old town, architectural history . Near to promenade and national park. However, the "sea view" was only up a flight of narrow stairs which were not disabled access. The equipment was shoddy, minimal and the bathroom and around skirting boards hadn't been cleaned for years. The parking was very minimal, all squashed in and difficult to get out because of blockage from other cars. The owners are only in it for the money and no love of the area.

Im Inserat stand das alle Zimmer über Meerblick verfügen.Das ist schon rein logisch nicht möglich obwohl Rügen eine Insel ist.Alle Fenster bei unseren Zimmer gingen zu einer lautstarken Strasse und waren von einen Baum zugewachsen.Das Bett hatte eine Liegehöhe von ca.35 cm, die Spinnweben haben wir selbst entfernt.Nachdem die 1 Rolle WC Papier alle war sollten wir selbst welches besorgen.Die Mülltonne sollten die Gäste rausrollen.Das angekündigte Restaurant gabs auch nicht,von den indirekten Zugang zum Balkon ganz zu schweigen.Da hätten wir erst durch ein anderes Zimmer gemust.Um 10.00 Uhr sollten wir auschecken,um 08.00 Uhr wurden wir geweckt und gefragt ob wir heute abreisen.Einmal und nie wieder...

Wohnung ist Renovierungs Bedürfnis und liegt direkt an der Straße sehr laut da . Rollos an deb Fenstern zum verdunkeln wäre auch schön gewesen.

Die Umgebung, Nähe zur Altstadt und Hafen sind super. Das Zimmer und Bad waren unsauber, im Bad gibt es viele Schimmelecken, alle Fugen der Fliesen sind verdreckt, wackeliger Waschtisch. Hier herrscht Instandhaltungsstau, das Zimmer ist lieblos eingerichtet. Ein übriggebliebenes Sammelsurium aus Geschirr und Trinkgläsern. Z. B. sind auch Pfannen überhaupt nicht mehr nutzbar, weil verbogen. Keine Gardinen oder Jalousien vorhanden. Ein einfaches lichtdurchlässiges Rollo bietet leider keine Dunkelheit in der Nacht. TV Kabel hängen sichtbar und verstaubt über der Küchenzeile. FAZIT: Schlechte, oberflächliche Reinigung und mehr oder weniger abgenutztes Inventar.

Schöne Umgebung mit Fehlern
Eigentlich schön gelegen in der Altstadt von Sassnitz ist dieses Appartment leider an einer vorher nicht erkennbaren lauten Zufahrtstraße beheimatet. In diesem Haus mit 6 Appartments ist das Appartment 2 mit seinen 3 Fenstern fast ebenerdig genau zu dieser Straße ausgerichtet. Die Autos und Busse fahren einem somit gefühlt genau durchs Zimmer. Zwischen 6 und 22 Uhr kann man die Fenster eigentlich nicht öffnen. Ein weiteres Manko der Wohnung ist das wirklich nicht sehr saubere und ein wenig sanierungsbedürftige Badezimmer. Als Beispiele sollen hier nur die verdreckten Fugen der Bodenfliesen, offene Fugen in der Dusche und die stark klemmende Tür der Dusche genannt sein. Wir sahen uns genötigt eine neue Klobürste zu kaufen, da die alte schon ein wenig ekelig aussah. Die Wohnung machte insgesamt vor allem auf den zweiten Blick keinen gut gepflegten Eindruck Den Gesamteindruck mildert der zwar in der 2. Etage gelegene aber sehr schöne Balkon zur Seeseite. Wir würden zwar wieder nach Sassnitz fahren, jedoch nicht mehr in diese Wohnung.

Faires Preis-Lesitungsverhältnis in traumhafter Umgebung
Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage in der Altstadt von Sassnitz ist sehr gut. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Strandpromenade und zum Eingang des Nationalparks Jasmund. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sauber, tolle Lage und schöne Aussicht.
Uns hat das Appartement sehr gefallen, die Lage ist super und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist besonders in den Abendstunden sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und der Kontakt lief ohne Probleme. Sollten wir Rügen erneut besuchen, kommen wir gerne auf das Appartement zurück.
