"I had unpleasant interactions with whoever manned the service desk before I got to to Turin to ask about train station shuttles, the receptionist cut me off multiple times. However, my in person stay was very pleasant, staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the restaurant is conveniently located near several good restaurants and the porto nuova train station. There weren’t that many options at breakfast especially those living with food allergies"
