My kids absolutely love the huge grass patch and the myriad of toys, sports equipment like baseball, curve ball and soccer balls to keep them occupied. The outdoor onsen is a must try. Definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travellers"

We bought wine and watermelon and asked if we can have wine opener and knife to cut but they offer to help us instead, the service staff even provided wine glass and put the cut watermelon on a platter with presentation. What excellent services. The hotel is very comfortable with good mountain view in the morning. Reasonable breakfast spread too. "
