bien placé et neuf avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour sympa. Calme et bien situé pour rayonner sur de belles rando côtières. . Attention petite ambiguité sur l'adresse car il y a le même numéro de maison à 2 endroit de la rue => aller 100m plus loin que l'adresse GPS sur le coté droit de la rue en direction mer. avec la photo de la maison on trouve facilement.

Maison à fort potentiel. Éqts modernes et pratiques . Isolement phonique un peu leger au niveau des baies vitrées. Trop en bordure de route qui devient autoroute de la "pointe" les jours de fêtes et W.E.
