"Flat was supposed to be 71m2 but it felt much smaller than that ; the “duplex” is just an attic and you almost can’t stand up there . This attic is also incredibly warm and you will suffer from heat already at 25 degrees outside. Very disappointed. Bathroom and kitchen were ok. The neighbourhood is isolated and you can’t buy anything without driving 10mn."

"My wife wants it. The view is great. The steps to the coast minimal. It is great. Environmement of Morbihan is great for cycling. Vannes and Aurais are great. Carnac with quiberon a nice visit. The house is small, but very oké, because of modern glass wall and the garden. Bedroom, Garden and shower are also oké. The house needs sunshine and we had it during 1 week. Worth to come back 2024 for 1 week again."

"This is a fabulous holiday home. Beautifully clean, exceptionally well equipped and really comfortable. The washing machine and tumble drier were so useful! 😀 The house is in a very peaceful area just outside the lovely town of Sarzeau - with its wonderful market and restaurants. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and generally a beautiful area with lots to do. Thank you to Sarah and Jean-Francois who were lovely hosts. Easy to contact and everything was clearly communicated. One of the best holidays we’ve had. Thank you 😊"
