"Beautiful hotel in a wonderful walkable city. Internet cost money to use, should be complimentary. Beds are a bit uncomfortable, once again for the price, they should be better. "

"Very nice hotel. The room was great, fantastic bed. Walking distance to the ballpark which is why we stayed there. Parking lot directly across the street which is very inexpensive. Great place to stay! Will definitely stay there again Next time I go to Pittsburgh."

"Friendly greeting by front desk staff. Checked us in quickly. Lobby and common areas clean. Great dining options within 5 minute walk. Room was clean and comfortable. "

"Everyone was very friendly from the time you walk in. Many options that come with the breakfast buffet which is free with your stay. I would like to see French toast or waffles, but they had an omelet station Room was ready and they allowed an early check in which was great after a 5 hour drive. The parking is 25 a day which I feel should come with the hotel room stay and not have to pay extra. Starbucks right outside of hotel and about a 25 min walk to downtown and to PNC ballpark. "
