"Good service and attention to detail. Check-in wasn't good. Broken toilet paper dispenser was never fixed. Mini bar wasn't full when we arrived and you tried to charge us for stuff we didn't use. The elevators are not efficient. The signs for ingress, egress, and in and around the hotel need improvement. ..."

"Nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Shower didn’t work very well water came out everywhere except the shower head but it still got the job done. The free shuttle to the restaurant was great and worked well."
