"Staff was awesome at helping me with many questions. Facilities were good & comfortable. The immediate location is dirty but very centrally located and enough off the main 24/7 road to make it more relaxing. Breakfast was excellent. The only issue for me was having a room next to reception so I heard the doorbell a lot. The local power grid is a bit unreliable but works most of the time."

"We had a room with river view which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well and also had a fan. Hotel staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Bed comfortable and shower was very good. Breakfast included which we picked off of a menu. First day raining so we had in our room, second day on the roof top which had great view. "I have travelled a lot and on that basis I am giving this feedback. It was a poor stay at Neerja Niwas. I had made full payment at the time of booking for 5 adults and 1 child and it was understood that there was no extra payment needed as there was nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions, however ,only on the day we were to arrive, owner asked to pay for the extra bed Rs.2000 , this was not mentioned upfront .
