"The hotel, the location and staff if excellent. It is quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Venice city. Perfect to relax close to nature. The man made lake provides perfect backdrop. The hotel staff is very helpful from the moment we checked in with Gloria. I would always recommend booking the Spa as soon as you done the hotel booking. Anna at the bar was brilliant when she made my drink she made it perfectly and even asked me to check if it is to my likings. Breakfast was lovely with both hot and cold options. We were served by (apologies if I say the name wrong) Marianeal, she was running the show as one man band. From leading the guests to the tables, topping up the food, getting us hot drinks and clearing the tables. Nothing was too much for her. There are few drawbacks in the hotel I found, where the hotel needs to improve on. One of them was no room water available. Everything you have to purchase as part of mini bar, even water with marked up prices. Even around the hotel you have to purchase bottled water. Rooms had slippers to offer but no gowns. Being a four star hotel I would expect that to be available. Bar prices were quite steep as well but expected being a remote location. I guess you pay for the location and feel rather than the actual drink. Check out time was changed from 12 to 11 and was only notified at the reception at the time of checking in, but Gloria swiftly rectified that for us. So all in all a very good, nice relaxing hotel."

"I had a medical emergency on my first night in the mddle of the night and staff was very helpful and called me an ambulance and even upon my return from th hospital everybody asked me for my well being.The pool is great ( except mosquitos :) breakfast is very good and the room and the king size bed was very comfortable.I thank all the staff for their kind assistance and attention"

"Beautiful, private property for our large family of 9. The outdoor living space provided an area where we could all gather together to hang out. Beds were comfortable and rooms had designated AC that we could control when needed. The pool was clean and very large, kids enjoyed ping pong and foosball. The town has several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Michela and her husband were awesome hosts!! They made sure we had everything we needed and when we did need to reach out to them, they responded immediately and met our requests for help. I highly recommend this property if you have a large family and want privacy in a beautiful location."

"The apartment was exactly as it was presented on site. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all you need to cook if you want. The bedroom and the bathroom are also as presented.Materials used both inside and out are of good quality, and overall, the house looks great. The location is also very good, overlooking the village and vineyards.What wasn't ok:- The internet was completely missing for all 5 days.- No garbage plastic bags. I believe no tourist is coming with plastic bags for garbage...- No washing pads for the dishwasher machine. Why to have a dishwasher machine if you are not provind a least 1 washing pad for each day?"
