"We are ten friends and rented three apartments in the building. Everyone was happy! It truly does overlook the castle and is an easy walk into town for restaurants. Nadia was friendly and always available if needed. Just a few things to keep in mind: no elevator to the apartments in the upper three floors, however those apts all have balconies. Also, the internet never worked. We all agreed we would stay there again. Thank you, Nadia!"

There isn’t much nearby his house other than a couple of small cafes and pizzerias so be prepared to commute to city center for meals and such (20-30 minutes by bus). We chose to eat in since the house was so comfortable and the grocery stores were easy to get to. The location is convenient for exploring Verona and the surrounding area (many wineries) including Lake Garda. And it was fun to drive the scenic routes to experience the rural and hilly countryside, though the highways are very close also if needed."
