"I was a little skeptical being downtown I assumed it would be loud, I was pleasantly suprised. From the moment we walked in to check in I knew it would be a great stay, the secure parking was a huge perk and the walk through the garden from the parking garage was beautiful. Everyone was so nice but I have 1 tiny recommendation, Room 503 needs some non slip strips in the shower, very slippery. Will stay there again for sure, walking distance to many restaurants. "

"This hotel was majestic and beautiful from the time we walked into the magnificent lobby, boarded the elegant room sized elevator, and entered our grand and spacious room. The bathroom was roomy and well equipped and there was a great closet as well as a separate space to open and place suitcases. I ate a late night snack at the restaurant and was greeted warmly by the staff there. The food was delicious. Water pressure was nice in the shower and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was that there was occasional noise from motorcycles or trucks in the street below. It was a Saturday night. The a.m. staff was very accommodating by offering tea in the lobby while we awaited our ride. All of the personnel were exceedingly friendly and went above and beyond the norm. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
