"The property is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of noise from other guests but this is no reflection on the property. My only little negative is the shower soaked the bathroom floor and limited amount of hot water for 2 guests."

"I really enjoyed staying at this hostel for the last 2 nights of my holiday in Gran Canaria. I would definitely recommend it to others and would have stayed there longer except that I had a flight booked back to the UK on the Monday! It is such a chilled friendly hostel with a lovely roof top terrace, seating area nd even a 2nd kitchen, also a sweet cat called Selma - not allowed in the bedrooms obviously. "Clean rooms and very convenient city center but no parking and there is a club directly underneath the hotel so if you’re looking for a good nights rest, this is not the place to stay literally music until 5 AM in the morning but so loud that I couldn’t even hear my TV"

"Apartamento acogedor y práctico. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y es un puntazo el poder usar la sauna y el gym a cualquier hora del día. La atencion por parte del equipo de recepción excelente. Tiene un supermercado justo delante, la playa a menos de 5 minutos andando y varios bares cerca. El unico pero es el aparcamiento, todas las calles son zona azul y en momse hace complicado encontrar aparcamiento, aun pagando. "

"Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and plenty of bars and lovely restaurants can be found nearby. Our room was well furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately the guests in the room above ours were noisy and showed no consideration to other guests. They were contacted by reception however the noise continued. This is no fault of the hotel but spoiled our experience. "
